Goal:  An overview of the basic functions of the PCM chart. In addition to review the use of the types of documents that can be created as text documents with pick lists, auto-fill features, and/or macros, so that you may begin gathering ideas for text templates.

  2. Create at least 2 templates in WORD (NOTE: Pick Lists, data base tables and auto-fill features will be added when the document is copied to PCM. In the WORD document, note where these items will be located, for example **Pt Name**)
