Dear Client,
Don't wait until the
last minute to update! Prime Clinical has completed
BETA testing and there is no reason for
you to delay updating to version 9.12.20
5010-compatible software. After updating
to the ANSI 5010 version, your office
can continue to submit claims in ANSI
4010 version until you are ready to make
the switch.
Update
Instructions: Because of the volume
of clients needing to update at this time,
we are asking our Intellect clients to
complete the update procedure themselves.
1.
Read ALL Release Notes for versions
more current than the one you are currently
on. Click here
to access the release notes.
2.
Print, complete, sign, and return
the Authorization form to PCS so we can
update your Client Record with the version
number to which you are updating. Knowing
your version number is necessary if we
find a critical error in the program and
need to update clients with specific versions.

If you are updating your server
yourself, please refer to the instructions
for updating your server, restarting Services,
and updating workstations:

Does your office have
a current software support agreement with
Prime Clinical Systems? If not, contact us by
email at accounting@primeclinical.com
to request a quote. Regardless of who
is updating your server, you or PCS, the
system will NOT allow the ANSI 5010 update
to be loaded to your server until your
office is either current on support or
has paid for the update.
