PCM SOFTWARE ALERT: Midmark ECG RR Option

 

  

Dear PCM Client, 

 

The following problem has been reported when using the Midmark ECG RR function; the standard ECG is not affected.

 

Affected PCM versions: All Midmark versions

Patch Update: Will require Midmark 8.4 update, available in approximately 1 week  

 

 

Description of the issue: When using the "Start RR" function, the ECG RR files are not being saved in the correct ECG MM Chart Tab, therefore these files are not visible in the patient's chart. Note: These files are not lost; they have to be copied/re-imported in the correct directory.

  

Midmark ECG RR Function

 

Solution/Recommendation: Please do not use the Start RR function until this issue is resolved. If you are currently using this function and have experienced this issue, please contact support@primeclinical.com and we will copy/re-import the files into the correct location.
