Optum Intelligent EDI: eLearning Registration

You can access a number of eLearning courses on the Optum Provider Community.

Follow the directions below to register.

1. Right click on http://learning.optum.com.

2. Select 'Open in new window'.

If you have an account but do not know your password, click the Forgot your Password link below the login form.

3. Begin typing “EDI” in the Organization ID field. Matching codes will appear under the text box as you type. Select EDI from the options here and click the Enter button.

   If you do not select the correct Organization ID, you will not be able to see the courses when you log in and will need to contact Support to modify your account.

5. Enter your personal information. Fields with asterisks are required. Make sure that the Organization Name is EDI. If it is not, you did not select the correct Organization ID on the previous page.

Enter your email address as your user name. Click the Update button after you have entered your information.

5. Accept the Terms of Service, and follow the directions onscreen to enter the site.

6. Access the courses by clicking Browse Catalog in the Quick Links.

Select EDI from the list of topics.

Review the available courses, and follow the directions onscreen to register and launch the courses relevant to you.
