Quickly Open a Reference!
Did you know you can open a support reference while using Intellect or Patient Chart Manager? See instructions for each platform below:
Open a Reference in Intellect:
1. Click on the Support menu option, then click Open New Reference:

2. Follow the directions on the New Ticket screen and press [Submit] to send your request to Support. For additional information, log-in to access Intellect's online documentation.
1. Click on the ‘Ruler’ in the top right-hand corner of your PCM icons. This is also known as Misc Options.
2. Clicking on the 'Ruler' displays a drop-down. Click on the option 'Prime Client Website' to display the Open Support Reference screen and the instructions:
