In October 2011, Version 9.12.21 was released.

This update contains software modifications and features to streamline office procedures. A brief overview follows of the changes. 

Overview of New and Enhanced Features

Fixes for reported problems are not included in the Overview of New and Enhanced Features; please refer to the detailed release notes. 

Charges 

Charge Review - new option for importing charges:

• Choose whether or not to attach the latest encounter to a charge when it is imported into Intellect! 

Utility

Set Up/Appointment/Appointment Type:

• Exclude appointment types from Meaningful Use reports with the new <Exclude from MU Date> field!

Procedure/Procedure

• Include a description on all billing queries using the new <Send Description> field!  

Schedule

Appointment/Modify Appointment:

• Use the new [Surgery] tab while scheduling surgery to track information as you receive it, enter messages and notes, enter DX and Cpt Codes and print various forms.
