IMPORTANT PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
The following Release Notes include the features and modifications made in the current update. PCS suggests you provide each department a copy of the Release Notes so they are aware of the changes which may affect their department.
In order to be aware of ALL changes in the software, please read all release notes from the version you are currently on through to the version to which you are updating.
Update may include items labeled ATTENTION which will IMMEDIATELY affect Billing and other daily tasks. Please be sure to notify all departments which will be affected.

FIX Schedule --►Appointment --►Full Day --►Modify Appointment -- Insurance Info Tab
When opening the Insurance Info tab on the Modify Appointment screen, the section at the top that lists the Insurances on file for the patient did not display. This has been corrected in the 21.11.05 update.

Billing
CHANGE Billing --►Insurance -- UB04 Box 77
In previous releases, the treating provider was added to Box 77 of the UB04 form. However, this box was only to be used when there was a surgical procedure being done and the assistant surgeon needed to be listed on the claim.
The new changes now omit the information from Box 77 when the Utility --► Procedure <POS> is Surgical and the conditions are met in Report Designer. If at the time the user adds a referring provider to the charges, the referring providers name and information are printed in this box.
PCM
FIX PCM --►Charge Posting to Intellect
It was reported that charges were not coming into Intellect from PCM in Intellect versions 21.09.01 and greater. This issue has been corrected as of this update.
