CALENDAR DISPLAY
The Calendar display is used for procedures that commonly have recurring charges, such as dialysis treatments, as it allows the user to select multiple days to apply the charge for a particular procedure.
To use the Calendar display when posting a procedure:
1. Go to Utility --►Procedure --►Procedure and select 'Y' in the <Calendar Display> field:
1.1 When <Calendar Display> is set to 'Y' when posting a procedure, a calendar displays in the Charge screen at the <From/Date> field:
2. The current month defaults. To change the month, use the arrows at the top of the display:
3. To add or remove dates, mouse-click on the individual day to select or deselect it:
4. Use check boxes to select an entire week:
AND/OR
5. Use the Days Selection buttons.
If one option is selected and then another is selected, Intellect keeps both. Click again to deselect any button.
5.1 [All Days]: Selects every day in the month.
5.2 [M/W/F]: Selects every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the month:
5.3 [T/TH/S]: Selects every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in the month:
5.4 [T/TH]: Selects every Tuesday and Thursday in the month.

6. If the selection needs to be changed, click [Clear].
7. Click either the [OK] or [Cancel] button to exit the calendar.
7.1 When satisfied with the selection, select [OK] and complete the charge. Intellect displays the recurring charges for the days selected:
