Note1: In the following sample reports, there has been $1463. in Payments and $110. in Adjustments. All productivity reports return separate pages for charges, payments and adjustments.
Note2: The Message column contained in these reports reflects a status code appended by the date of that update. For example P1019 means a payment on October 19th.

<Option>: Provider Journal (formerly P)
Note: The format is the same for All Provider (formerly A)
Provider Journal just gives a report for the provider indicated in the <Provider Code> field;
All Provider gives individual reports for each provider in the clinic's system.
