Selection

All Providers (A), Entire Clinic (C), Single Provider (P), Customized Report 1, Appointment Check List (S), Daily Schedule (Y), Daily Schedule With Blank Line (X), Weekly Appointment List (W), Registration (R), Superbill (T), HL7 Export (H), XML Export (M), Appointment Reminder (B), Appointment Label (L), Customized Report 2, Operator Utilization, Provider Chart, Facility Chart, Appointment Type Chart, Monthly Chart, Yearly Chart, Patient Category Chart, Inactive Patient, Appointment Billing Analysis, Appointment Reminder, All Daily Appointments, Appointment Daily Status

Reprint Superbill

Used only when the <Selection> field (above) is Superbill (T). It is dependent on the set up in the <Appointment Type> or< Provider Code> fields.

From Date

This field  is mandatory. It is used for all <Selection> options. It defaults to the current calendar date.

To Date  

This field is mandatory. It is used for all <Selection> options except Daily Schedule (Y) and Daily Schedule with Blank Lines (X)

Report Code

Currently disabled.

Provider Code

May be used for all <Selection> types.
This field accepts multiple values separated by commas with no space, a range of codes entered with a hyphen and no spaces, OR it accepts the asterisk * to return all Providers, starting with the portion of the code entered prior to the *.  
This field is optional for all <Selection> types except for All Providers (A) where it has no effect, and Single Provider (P) where it is recommended to enter a Provider Code, otherwise this returns the same as All Providers (A).  

Status

When this field is left blank, the print request includes all Status types.

Selecting All prints all appointments which have been scheduled for that date, including the Reschedule, Postponed, Cancelled, or Deleted appointments.

Entering Added, Modified, ReSch, Cancel, Delete, or NoShow, prints a listing for ONLY those patient’s with that Status.

Appointment Type

May be used for all <Selection> types.
When this field is left blank, the print request includes all Appointment types.

From Time

This field is optional.

When left blank, the print selection includes the whole day.

 Enter a time to order the requested print selection for ONLY patients scheduled From the requested time.

To Time

This field must be filled if there is a time in the <From Time> field.

Enter a time to order the requested print selection for ONLY patients scheduled To the requested time.

Appointment Group

This field is optional.

When left blank, the print selection includes all Appointment Groups.

Enter an Appointment Group number to order the requested print selection for ONLY patients scheduled in the requested group.

Place of Service

This field is optional.

When left blank, the print selection includes all facilities.

Enter a Utility --► Facility <Facility Code> to order the requested print selection for ONLY patients scheduled at the requested facility.

Users may use [F2] to search for a Facility Code.

Date Selection

Effective ver. 15.06.10

This field is optional.
When left blank, or when Appointment Date is selected, the report includes all appointments that will take place within the date range of the <From Date>/<To Date> fields. Select Appointment Date Made to include all appointments that were scheduled during the date range of the <From Date>/<To Date> fields.

 

1 Adobe Acrobat Viewer must be used to view or print the chart reports: Facility Utilization Chart, Monthly Utilization Chart, Yearly Utilization Chart, Provider Utilization Chart, Referring Utilization Chart, Category Utilization Chart, Billing Doctor Utilization Chart, and Procedure Category Utilization Chart. Make sure the correct path is entered in the <Acrobat Viewer Path> field of Utility --►Tools --►Configuration. After adding the path, Intellect needs to be shut down and then re-opened.
