Macros Copy
The Copy Macros option allows existing macros to be copied between clinics or between Macros Groups from any clinic. For more information on Macro Groups, see Utility --► Set Up --►Security --►Macros.
1. To copy Macros in Intellect, go to Utility --► Set Up --►Security --►Macros --► Copy
The Copy MACROS_COPY screen displays:
2. Clinic No
2.1 Type the clinic number that holds the records to be copied.
3. First Macro Group
3.1 Type the Macro Group that holds the records to be copied.
4. Clinic No
4.1 Type the clinic number (if different) that will receive the records.
5. Second Macro Group
5.1 Type the Macro Group that will receive the records.
6. When the information is completely entered, click on [Copy].
